The La Flor Dominicana (Dominican Flower) brand is one of the most famous and undoubtedly the most successful producers of non-Cuban premium cigars in the world. The La Flor Dominicana factory was founded in 1996 in Santiago, Dominican Republic. The founder and owner of the company is cigar maker Litto Gomez Diez, who has been named by Cigar Aficionado magazine as one of the most innovative thinking premium cigar makers. The factory, with its adjacent plantations, handles the entire production process in-house and today boasts a production of more than 4 million premium cigars a year. The La Flor Dominicana Cameroon Cabinet is a series of the most popular cigars of company owner Litto Gomez. This Robusto size is a medium, perfect for smoking during the day or evening. The Cameroon wrapper has a darker maduro color, and is nicely smooth and oily. Initially the smoke is rather earthy with notes of roasted nuts. Later on, they develop into strong sweet and sour flavours that blend notes of cedar and citrus.
